I'm JR, a technology leader based in New England.

For 5+ years, I served as CTO at Top Tier Golf and My Golfing Store, where I built and led engineering across two complete business models, directing technical strategy, infrastructure, and development operations while scaling the business 4x. My career has centered on bridging complex backend systems with clean, user-focused, consumer-facing design.

I'm equally comfortable setting engineering roadmaps, architecting data systems, or reviewing a pull request, and I know what it takes to grow a team and raise its standards. I still consult for several of the brands I've worked with, and I'm open to technology leadership roles where I can bring that same ownership to a new team.
